- Mango Lime & Chilli Dressing 100 grams
- Prawns/ Shrimp400 grams
- Mango, fresh25 grams
- Avocado25 grams
- Lettuce, Baby Gem50 grams
Metodology
Step 1 :Place the prawns mango avocado and chillies into a bowl and gently toss
Step 2 :Tear the baby gem and scatter over the service dish and top with the prawn mixture
Step 3 :Drizzle over the dressing and finish with a pinch of fresh coriander
